Renting and/or Selling the RES property

Disposal of an RES property is permitted provided that written notice is given to the Board of Investment, 30 days prior to the sale of the property.  The owner of a residential property may also rent his/her property through the RES Company holding the RES Certificate or a service provider appointed by the RES Company to provide property management services.
